This dish uses carefully selected fresh tiger pufferfish and is served with a unique blend of ponzu sauce made with sudachi and yuzu.This course includes 5 dishes including Yubiki, Tessa, Tetchiri, Rice Porridge, and an after-meal dessert, plus all-you-can-drink for 2 hours (last order 90 minutes)!
